Great one as always. To me, ETFs inflows just reflect demand and supply in the market. ETFs are essentially your passive investment manager executing orders for you as they have to adhere to the benchmark. More inflows basically just means more people are ordering the fund to buy (or authorized participants arbitraging but that’s also mainly to stick as closely to the benchmark which is ETH price)
