If anyone wants to join me share your goals below! 40 consecutive push ups Push up claps - 10 reps One arm push up 16 Pull ups 17 Chin ups 4 Pull ups with 35lbs Pistol squat on both legs Dead hang hold for 2 mins Weighted dead hang - 15 lbs for 30s Current Max 7/7/25: 33 consecutive push ups One arm push up - definitely cannot do Push up claps - 5/6 reps 15 Pull ups 16 Chin ups 2 pull ups with 35lbs Pistol squat on both legs: Bad form on left leg but can kinda get it Dead hang hold: 1 min 30 seconds Weighted dead hang - 15 lbs: never tried
