I mainly shoot natural landscapes because in these places, I feel the greatest sense of belonging and self-awareness. I find that photography connects me more closely with the moments of time. It feels so special to be alive and witness everything in the world.
This group of photos was taken when I first traveled abroad to the UK. I have dreamed of going to these places since I was a child, but I never thought that one day it would come true. I like to imagine how you would feel when you find yourself very familiar with those places you have just discovered. How wonderful it would be to be able to return to the familiar place again and again! —— Katelin
