Growth is uncomfortable. Healing is uncomfortable. Change is uncomfortable. But so is staying the same. Sometimes we pray for elevation, but forget that growth requires stretching. We ask for strength, but strength is built through pressure. We want results, but results come from consistency even on the days we don’t feel motivated. You won’t always see progress immediately. You won’t always feel inspired. But every small effort counts. Keep showing up. Keep building. Keep believing. The version of you you’re becoming is worth the process.
