It was a sweltering day in Lagos when I stumbled upon a street performer juggling fire sticks in the middle of the busy street. A small crowd had gathered, mesmerized by his skills, and I stopped to watch too. As I flipped out my phone to toss some cash his way, a young woman beside me whispered, "Don't give him money, he's actually a beggar." 🤔
