President Trump said he had a positive phone call with Colombian President Gustavo Petro. President Petro initiated the call to discuss and clarify disagreements regarding the issue of banned substances and other matters between the two countries.
The two sides are currently arranging a meeting at the White House, in coordination with Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the Colombian Foreign Minister.
