š¬ The US House of Representatives is expected to vote on banning Congress from trading stocks later this month.
ā¶ļø Currently, there is no information about banning Congress from trading cryptocurrencies ā if not, this would be a positive sign, similar to banning stock trading and paving the way for Bitcoin (however, this information needs further monitoring).
š« If Congress is not allowed to buy/sell new individual stocks, many lawmakers and their families may invest in cryptocurrencies ā an alternative asset that is not banned and is strongly supported by the Trump administration.
