I have a love hate relationship with my oura ring + apple fitness. I’ve been fairly consistently running between 3-6 miles daily. the moment I sit down “time to stretch your legs?” like, what did you think that run was? 😅

as stated on my previous cast, I am accumulating LAUNCHER instead of selling it back into ETH/WETH to complete the flywheel. Coincidentally I made the same amount staking $TIPN and $Launcher today which is $70.82 so $141.64 in total staking rewards which is pretty sweet. Hope this helps!
