The density of builders on Farcaster keeps standing out to me. A lot of sharp, driven people who feel scattered elsewhere actually end up overlapping here. Since Farcaster is already social and transaction-ready, I keep wondering whether social funding could emerge as a real alternative to VC, maybe even a killer use case, in the same way ICOs drove the last bull run. For a lot of builders, $20k to $500k is enough to do some serious damage. In a way, it feels like a modern form of patronage, not that different from how artists were supported for centuries.
