I tried seared gyutan (beef tongue) for the first time today. I’d heard it was delicious, but it truly lived up to the hype honestly, it was as good as, if not better than, premium A5 wagyu. The texture was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the flavor was incredible. Definitely something I’d love to have again. 10/10! 😍
