When I can't move, I realized I appreciated things I normally don't notice.
For example, being able to get coffee at a cafe, taking a walk in the park,
a houseplant that doesn't complain when you can't water it, or instant ramen that you can eat right away.
Do you usually have the opportunity to be grateful?
