your glass is awesome

my obsession with a glass floral aesthetic goes back to my roots, derived from endless macro photos of flowers when I took independent study photography in school, and honoring a chance encounter with Dale Chihuly around that time

I definitely enjoy taking pictures to capture the details. I’ll be honest I started at 17, thinking I’d be making pipes for my stoner friends. The Bush administration said no to that idea and I ended up doing chandeliers and sculpture instead. I appreciate those roots more now, as I get older.
