Honestly I think she’s a perfectly relatable character, strangely Like, objectively, she’s very flawed but realistic. People often don’t really have character arcs, they’re just reactive to their environments. That relationship used to just be Skyler wearing the pants. It got flipped and I guess the power struggle eh.. sort of continued. Both her and Walt are essentially control freaks. We just gravitate to walt a lot more since, well, he’s the main character and we essentially see a lot of the show through his eyes.
