Hello, friends. The thought has crossed my mind to start doing health and workout posts. I will share my opinion or facts from the medical field. I have a degree in physiotherapy, an interest in neurology, worked as a physiotherapist for a soccer team for several years and have been involved in sports all my life. Why is good posture important? Good posture, in short, affects your attractiveness, with good posture your internal organs work more optimally, good posture has a huge impact on the health of your back. We can all have problems with posture - it's normal. We are all very different, with different habits and lifestyles. No one is perfect, but we should strive for perfection. In my experience, most back discomfort is caused by poor posture, which is usually easily treated with manual therapy and regular, proper exercise. Good posture is not a panacea, it won't save you from everything, but it is very important.
