One of my favorite recipes for Christmas Eve: cranberry orange loaf cake by Joy the Baker 🎄 I bake this recipe every year. I’ve made it as a loaf and I’ve also baked it in a round cake tin and a Bundt pan - the texture is wonderful! Pictured on the left, the version I made last Christmas to celebrate my sister’s engagement.
