I was at the laundromat the other day when an older lady dropped her laundry detergent. I bent down to help her pick it up, and she smiled and said, “You’re the first person today who noticed I needed help.” She thanked me again as I handed her the bottle, and I couldn’t help but feel like something so small could have such an impact on someone’s day.
