Wait, what do you mean my $14 just flipped to $0.83 without me doing anything?! 😭💔 On the 25th of September, I hoped on a call with some chads including @web5manuel and @thatfineboykp , we decided to grab some $EDC tokens. (CA: 0x425e7ddcfcffdf192fb2b7b26aa07a58ede5c521) Using my Phantom wallet, I swapped $14 worth of Base/ETH (first $10, then $4) for $EDC on Uniswap with a default slippage. Before swapping, I was warned about the high price impact but the prompt said only -3.45%, which shouldn’t have drained everything. But after the swap went through, I ended up with just $0.83 worth of $EDC. Thinking it was a Phantom issue, I imported my wallet and checked on BaseScan, but the transaction was actually successful. Left with no other option, I hurriedly swapped back what was left of my $EDC to Base/ETH, and after gas + slippage, I’m left with $0.21 from an initial $14 💔 If anyone knows a way out of this, please share. Thanks in advance 🙏
