I truly believe we need more art on this app if we want them to be genuinely embraced by people. I do believe content is necessary as without it, there is nothing to see or engage with But I also believe people are beginning to slow down, simply because they’ve grown tired of the speed we’ve been living in for so long. Focusing only on content, coins, and similar incentives imo won’t lead to real retention. People might come, but they won’t stay because the underlying behavior remains the same as on any other social platform Monetization is an important difference, and a meaningful one. But it may not be enough as not everyone will make money immediately, and until they do, many may simply leave and return to what feels familiar Or perhaps they’ll choose something else entirely, creating their own spaces, now that today’s technology makes that possible🌹
