not quite (although in future versions of poidh we will have upvotes/downvotes for ppl to crowdsource opinions) the way it works is that the bounty creator wallet (in this case @jacek and the DEGEN team) has complete control over who wins the bounty one winner per bounty and only their wallet can "accept" a specific claim doing that transfers the claim to them as an NFT, and the bounty funds to the wallet of the person who submitted the claim can read more here! https://paragraph.xyz/@poidh/poidh-beginner-guide
