Which platforms need fact-checking for misleading – Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or elsewhere?

Reddit seems like a more complex beast, because subs are moderated and there are large in-depth comment chains.
Whole subs can be massive echo chambers. 

I don’t think it’s the low hanging fruit.

I will try to search for misleading videos on YouTube. What do you think about Reddit?

YouTube and Facebook are the biggest culprits for misinformation imo.

YouTube maybe has an easier implementation since videos have distinct urls, maybe harder to implement on  
a social media feed like Facebook’s.
