Seeing 'Matéria Antiga' being exhibited in an immersive room at tokennation_io was a very special experience.
This piece carries something I’ve been exploring for a while: how to create connections between sound, form, and movement through creative (vibe) coding. Developed with HTML, CSS, and code-based animations, 'Matéria Antiga' is an interactive work where the visuals respond in real time to the surrounding sound environment.
During the exhibition, the video showed a recorded session — without the original interactive layer — but even so, it was amazing to see how the work took on a new dimension in that space, surrounded by sound, light, and attention.
I'm happy to see this experimental project finding its place in environments like this.
The exploration continues.
