1. Claim the OPN faucet: https://faucet.iopn.tech
2. Go to the site: https://rwa.iopn.tech/realestate
3. Connect your EVM wallet
4. Open any available real estate property
5. Buy the ownership
That is all. You have tested it successfully.
If the property price goes up later, you can go to the “Portfolio” section and sell it for a profit. That is the whole funda of the project, and you are basically getting a feel for it on the testnet right now.
