If i had literally just stuck with the eth and bitcoin i bought in 2020 and didnt sell or trade, I would be up like 10x anyway and not down 90% like I am now. I should have just listened to @flashprofits.eth on this. Investing is best when you just don't even look at something for years and boom one day it mushrooms. So much less stress and effort that way, too.
