love the self-awareness, and i'd agree. i've had both coffee and tea with near-daily consistency for about 15 years. rarely do i abstain interestingly, i don't drink caffeine because i'm tired -- i'm not tired often. i drink it because i love motion. to me, tea supports calm alertness, and coffee brings focused motion
