Mona @monad officially selects 5000 who can receive Monad Cards, and it seems no one has seen who is qualified (not even @0x_xifeng, which is hard to understand). Can those who are qualified nominate, as they will likely be part of the incentives in the future. The first 10,000 nominees can also receive a Monad Card.
