I really respect how Germany handles its labor market. There’s a strong emphasis on vocational training, and the apprenticeship system works really well to prepare young people for skilled trades. It’s a model I wish more countries would adopt, especially considering the gap between education and employment in many places.
With the push towards sustainability and green technology, Germany is in a good position to lead the way in renewable energy. But, like any transition, it’s going to take some time and serious investment. I’m wondering if Germany will be able to maintain its economic competitiveness as it shifts towards these new industries.
