get those morning walks in! this should be step 1 for any daily routine. reasoning: > increases blood flow > sunlight / fresh air > increases mental clarity > boosts mood doesn’t have to be a walk, but getting out of the house and doing some form of exercise (light or heavy) what is your morning routine?
