At the base level, yes it’s a meme. Cute branding, Base chain energy, social-first distribution. That’s the hook.

Can merch + community products create recurring inflow?
Can a charity narrative stay transparent and verifiable on-chain?
Can governance actually matter, or does it fade after hype?
This is where Skitten is interesting. Not guaranteed. Not perfect. But it’s attempting to turn attention → participation → funding → impact instead of just price action.
Early-stage means volatility, thin liquidity, and noise.
But it also means you’re watching the framework form in real time.
That’s the real Skitten thesis.
Not moon talk. Not memes alone.
