there's so much research on this that there's only one good take: take 5g of creatine per day forever it helps with so much stuff and has zero negative side effects essentially it's the most studied supplement at this point

My only “stance” so far is I take a 5g liposomal packet 30min before strength training, 3x a week. I believe it helps.

i used it post injury/surgery for recovery some of my training partners used it daily but stopped cos they gained weight but i think it was just water retention

Was planning to start trialing it last summer, more for baseline muscle happiness and cognitive benefits as I age, it’s been sitting in my office since last summer. Unopened. Maybe this year, reckon I’ll start with a daily small dose 2-3 g. and not bother loading as I’m not really focusing on gaining much muscle.

haven’t tried it yet, a lot of people in my gym take it and say it helps but I’m still unsure about it. like to keep my diet as natural and simple as possible so any sudden break from working out or my current diet due to work / travel won’t affect my body too much.
