Watch me squat 120kg (25kg plates) It’s hard to perfect a back squat, probably the hardest workout to master. Tip: When you are about to squat, be sure to tuck your core in, it’s not supposed to look pretty like, your back should also be tucked in and shoulder blades together. Enjoy!

Try freestanding next time ;) But impressive! I really hate squats. I do them only because they are an excellent exercise.
