Ready for Day 2 of the workout plan.
Today is all about pushing my limits with 50 push-ups and then a tough metcon of wall walks and sit-ups.
Day 2: Shoulder and Core Strength
50 Rep Movement: Push-ups
Metcon: For Time, 3 Rounds: 21-15-9 of Wall Walks and Sit-ups. (Remember to start with your feet against a wall for the Wall Walks and walk your hands back as you walk your feet up the wall.)
This one's going to hurt, but it's where the growth happens.
