Every day I ship at least one thing. Even if it’s small. That’s why awaken is pretty good even though I’m one dev. 1% better a day. Compounds. Our competitors each have 20+ eng.

A big competitor wanted to buy Awaken ~18mo ago. They said if we didn't sell, they'd stick a team of 50 engineers copying every single thing we did. They still haven't caught up... Turns out being hungry & scared is a good motivator 🥲
