The last two big projects on our house are finally happening. Our broken fireplace is getting tiled tomorrow and the landscaping guy is coming by on Thursday to give me a quote to fix the ripped up yard created when they did all the drainage. Good news is the drainage worked. Huge storm yesterday and the crawlspace didn't flood. A miracle given that it used to flood anytime there was more than a drop of rain.
