Ps. In the end I got out of the lawsuit, but it cost me tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees on top of losing my best client and $10k of work. My hurt back from the accident put me out of work and the whole thing sent me into a depression. I truly never recovered from the whole thing. I can really point to the day before that shoot as the moment my life peaked. In the end Dan got a lot of publicity, Hustler has lawyers on retainers so it didn't really hurt them, Janice got some money and some fame, and I got completely fucked. But hey, maybe enough of you will like this post that I will get $60 in Farcaster rewards this week! 🎉
