After a year, investigations still fail to prove wrongdoing
Telegram, he says, complies with industry standards and all binding legal requests
He warned that this ordeal has not only restricted his freedom,
but also severely hurt France’s reputation as a free nation.
This is a clash between tech responsibility & state regulation.
