It's very hard to dominate the market just upon entering unless you have a very strong resource backing ( funding, connections, product ) and even that’s a MAYBE Pretty sure many will argue upon @KaitoAI success and how it just got blown away but not many know how they started What they did during their early days was something which makes perfect sense and that’s what most brands should comprehend “Find the smallest viable market” Don’t try to please everyone, rather find your market and have a very small subset of it. Focus on them, serve them, test things out with them and see what works and what not Once you have trusted/working GTM strategy all you have to do is a little flint in terms of marketing to scale Does it work every time? Prolly not, since success/failure isn’t dependent upon one factor but… That’s exactly what Kaito did, they made a very small yet core community of believers before shipping it to the whole market Choice is yours
