Being in the Ethereum L2 bubble, we miss out on the activity on other chains.
This first hit me at a regional meet where people were building real-estate RWAs on Tron and fractionalising their ownership. And attracting big industrialists to the whole idea.
There it was, me, who won't touch Tron :(
