what do you do to break out of analysis paralysis?

remind myself of my highest values and goals and see if that brings clarity if not, look inward at why iβm being neurotic and address that. often itβs because iβm trying to force a decision that doesnβt have any need to be resolved yet if it does need to be resolved right away, i might make a decision in my head just to see how it feels. do i have instant regret y/n

great advice! but i even get hung up on the simplest possible stuff, like...what order to do chores in. wtf

yeah, i feel you there. another one that i use is to do self-care first. sometimes i get stuck because i forgot to eat or listen to my bodyβs signals or something and my nervous system just wonβt do any more things 1. what is my actual intention/priority? 2. do i have any physical needs to attend to? 3. do i have any emotional/mental needs to attend to? sometimes itβs stuff iβve been ignoring so long that i forget itβs there. if iβm in freeze mode dealing with that stuff first helps. this is a tough pattern though. could be pretty multifaceted
