For people that workout at the gym and also practice another sport: how do you usually divide your workouts? Do you train gym+sport on the same day or do you focus on only one activity per day?
Right? In Brazil there was a company that bought whey protein directly from the source(hilmar), separated in 2lbs bags and sold for half of the price of the commercial ones. The only difference is that the whey protein didn’t have flavor. Tbh, I preferred that way.
I’ve been working out for 1 hour and going to jiu jitsu right after. Now I just changed my routine and I’ll be working out on a 3 day a week plan, and my jiu jitsu workout will be on the other days. I’ll give it a try for 3 months to see if I am able to improve. Im enjoying so far
