Yes, the transfer will be manually completed by our team following these phases:
- Calculating the updated total amount of NOGS
- Setting Holding rewards of treasury nouns to 0
- Moving the total amount of NOGS from the Rewards Contract into Nouns treasury
Do you think we need to add this info to the prop too?
