Noticed that _setProposalThresholdBPS is no longer available as a txn action on all nounish frontends? NounsDAOLogicV4 removed all gov param setting functions. Functions like _setProposalThresholdBPS can only be called by passing encoded data to NounsDAOLogicV4, which triggers a "fallback" where the encoded data is sent to nounsDAOAdmin (where _setProposalThresholdBPS now lives) for execution. As of now, it's only possible to propose gov param changes via etherscan, as clients don't allow you to send custom data as prop txns Shipped https://nouns-encoders.vercel.app for easy encoding/decoding, and instructions on how to propose.
