MY PREDICTION FOR THE NEXT FED DECISION
• If the FED holds rates, markets will probably pump short-term because “no news” is actually good news for traders.
• If they cut by 25 bps, markets could dump after the first reaction since it’s already priced in. Everyone screams “bullish” but it turns into a sell-the-news event.
• If they surprise with 50 bps cut, we get a crazy rally. Stocks go green, crypto goes vertical, and CT (Crypto Twitter) loses its mind.
• Towards the end of the month, we get the classic fakeout: BTC and ETH retrace, weak hands panic, market makers hunt for liquidity.
• Early next month, bounce back harder. BTC targets new ATHs, ETH follows, and alts finally wake up.
• By Q4, the narrative shifts to “this is the cycle” and altseason kicks in like 2017/2021. 10x–50x pumps everywhere.
• FED keeps easing into 2025, markets stay parabolic, and suddenly everyone becomes a macro genius.
