need to tell you this, that my life was saved by reading your thumbnail vid saying "Stop reacting". This is something I need, as I am an emotionally driven person. As a founder, I don’t fully agree with always removing “I think…” from your speech. It’s not just about appearing confident—I’m a confident person myself. But using “I think” is also a way to stay grounded and acknowledge that you're sharing a perspective, not an absolute truth. In a software and data-driven company like mine, that distinction matters. Saying “the best path forward is…” can be misleading. You think it’s the best path, but you don’t know for sure. There’s value in speaking honestly and precisely—saying what you know and what you don’t. Confidence isn’t about pretending to have all the answers. It’s about being real.
