How do you reconcile "never finding an iteration that could retain users" with the fact that you: Launched a paid 10k NFT collection to your most loyal supporters. Charged users $120 for a "Pro" subscription. You pivoted to a full shutdown couple weeks after these monetization pushes. If the retention data was consistently failing to "stick" below 20%, why were these financial commitments still being solicited from the community? Where is that specific capital now, and what is the plan for reimbursing those who paid for a product you already knew was failing to retain them?
