CZ Is Taking Over A US Public Company
Changpeng Zhao is officially entering the US stock market.
SEC filings confirm YZi Labs is aggressively taking control of a small company called CEA Industries ($BNC). They have already scooped up millions of shares and are now moving to expand the board to install their own people.
The strategy is obvious. This looks like a classic reverse merger. Instead of waiting years for a traditional IPO, CZ is buying a "shell" company to instantly get a public listing.
He is clearing the runway to launch his next massive venture directly on the stock exchange.
