most founders can't answer 4 questions about their distribution:
1. is the pain real enough to move?
2. do you know EXACTLY who has it?
3. where do they gather?
4. is it easy to adopt?
if all 4 are weak, product doesn't matter.
that's distribution fit. ask yourself these before you build.
