hey! - this upcoming presale isn't allowlisted - the creator has 24 hours to deploy the presale after successful raise, otherwise anyone can trigger the deploy. If it hasn't been deployed within 3 days after, the presale will fail and funds can be reclaimed I can't answer who is launching until they publicly announce but we also dropped the presale fee to 0%
