Indeed, Baka Not Nice's situation was unusual. Back in 2014, he was accused of assault and human trafficking, but only admitted to the assault in 2015, did jail time, and trafficking charges were dropped when the victim didn't testify. This all became relevant again during the Drake and Kendrick Lamar clash in 2024.
