I never expected to feel so… nothing. Standing in front of the Eiffel Tower, all I could think was how strange it is that something so famous could feel so empty. Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s the crowds, maybe the magic got lost in translation. Either way, I’m starting to wonder if travel is just overrated.
