What is a 𝗱𝗘𝗮𝗗 Address? 💀 Much like the zero address, the dEaD address is also used to burn tokens and NFTs, ensuring they can never be recovered. It looks like: 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD. It has the clear intention in its name "dEaD" to kill tokens/NFTs. ❌

Okay so if dEaD address is similar to zero address then why use dEaD address over zero address? 🤔 Sending to zero address is certainly the easiest solution to burn, but much of the ETH sent to the zero address ends up there by accident, not intentionally.
